Paulina's way of working
Paulina is an empathetic practitioner who believes that every client has within them the capacity for self-awareness and growth. She aims to support clients to gain a better understanding of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and the way these may affect their day to day lives. Paulina works in a relational, compassionate, and person-centred way and uses a range of techniques in her counselling / therapy work. These include role-play, body awareness exercises, and creative work such as drawing or writing.
