
Dr Mark Hoelterhoff is an experienced principal psychologist who works with individual adults, couples and families with a wide range of concerns including: anxiety; depression/low mood; loneliness; low-self esteem; stress; complex trauma; obsessive compulsive challenges; panic; phobias; relationship concerns; identity exploration; gender and sexual identity; neurodiversity-related challenges; relationship and family dynamics; life transitions; experiences of adversity and many more issues.
Mark has a particular interest in helping clients connect with their core values, LGBTQ+ mental health, ADHD and supporting those who are navigating identity, relationships and life transitions with compassion and clarity.
Mark holds a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD) from the University of Plymouth, as well as Master's degrees in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and in Counselling Psychology from Trinity International University. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
Mark is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Counselling Psychologist and is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Mark has over 20 years of experience as a practitioner psychologist and academic.
