Connie has experience in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including sexual assault survivors and disadvantaged young people.

Connie holds a Master's Degree in Counselling (Interpersonal Dialogue) from The University of Edinburgh, in addition to a BSc in Criminology with Psychology from the University of Portsmouth.
