Our Team

Tracey Ann Mansfield is an experienced senior counsellor/psychotherapist who works with adults and children/young people (age 7+).

She works with a wide range of issues and problems including: depression and low mood; anxiety related issues such as generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety and health anxiety; trauma related issues including PTSD; stress; relationship issues; risk taking behaviours; assertiveness; bullying; anger/aggression; physical and emotional abuse (childhood / adulthood); exam stress; gender / sexual identity; thought process issues such as worry, rumination, perfectionism, control issues, and intrusive thoughts; mindfulness; and many other issues.

She has particular experience working with adults who have suffered loss and those with anxiety; self-esteem; and relationship issues.
 

Tracey Ann's way of working

Tracey Ann puts each client at the centre of her work and tailors her therapeutic approach to the needs and preferences of each individual She is able to incorporate a range of different therapies into her client work including: counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person centred therapy, transactional analysis, Gestalt therapy, narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy, solution focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
 

Tracey Ann's background and experience

Tracey Ann has worked with individuals experiencing difficulty and distress in a range of settings including: a residential setting, in the voluntary sector, and in private practice.

She has a Level 4 Certificate in Counselling Children, a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills. 

Tracey is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).


 

Tracey Ann's fee
