Working with employers
We are very accustomed to working with organisations and businesses in offering therapeutic and coaching services to valued members of staff. This type of work is organised in a slightly different way to our therapy and coaching services for self-paying clients. This is described below.
Initial session
We will undertake an initial session (often called an assessment) with a client on behalf of an organisation or business, and recommend to both parties our views on what may be helpful in terms of therapy or coaching. This recommendation will be offered in the form of a brief report. An initial session (including report) is charged as two sessions.
Confidentiality
We are obliged to maintain client confidentiality at all times and will not work in a way that requires us to discuss the content of our work with any client to an organisation/employer. The principle of confidentiality is essential in making clients feel able to use therapy and coaching as they need to.
Consultancy and advice
